Statistics suggest organisations are consistently failing to realise the expected cost-benefit of their IT implementations.
The Efficient Programme Delivery approach is all about minimising risk, increasing 'certainty of delivery' and maximising the organisational fit of your IT implementations, for a planned and minimum appropriate investment. Using this approach, investment in 'Quality Assurance' is minimal, budgeted and measurable, and technology change works in partnership with the business to support organisational change.
In 2007 we held a number of Efficient Programme Delivery seminars. If you would like to receive a copy of the slides or talk to one of our experts about the topics covered contact us.
